Flow in Faith was born out of a deep longing for belonging. As Christ-centered yoga teachers of color, we found ourselves navigating spaces that rarely reflected our full identity, our faith, our culture, and our calling to embody wholeness.
We knew we weren’t alone. And we knew that God was inviting us into something bigger than individual practice. Something communal. Something sacred. Something rooted in rest, embodiment, and collective healing.
So we created Flow in Faith, a Christ-centered wellness ecosystem where teachers and seekers alike can slow down, be seen, and grow in community instead of isolation.
